Kate ONeill, DNP, RN has over 25 years’ experience in the healthcare industry and is Sr. Advisor Practice, Education and Innovation at iCareQuality.us. Over the past 6 years she has served as a Subject Matter Clinical Expert collaborating with engineers and informatics teams with practice innovation, project development, and system implementation at the learning labs in Philadelphia and Toronto. As an healthcare leader, Dr. ONeill works with key industry stakeholders to develop evidence-based solutions to improve provider engagement with focus on reducing ALL CAUSE HARM. Dr. ONeill also has deep expertise in frontline clinical practice with over 20 years in emergency medicine where she was awarded textbook of the year for Pediatric Triage Guidelines; served as ER Staff Development Educator; and developed the first clinical ladder program to measure skills, competencies and nursing performance. She served as the Senior Nursing Editor for PEMSoft and the journal Pediatric Emergency Care. Kate received a US patent for designing a medical device bite block for cervical spine radiography; and in 2009, she received the Bayaida Business Award at Drexel University for new technology development. Additionally, while at Drexel, she collaborated with nursing faculty and led the simulation team to develop an online platform for evidence-based practice to measure competencies in the student practice setting. Kate has other advanced skills and capabilities including hospital compliance, patient safety, risk management, quality improvement, LEAN and health information technology (HIT).

Greg Gurican is the Principal Consultant and founder of GMG & Associates LLP, a HealthCare Quality Consulting firm. After 25 years in the Power industry as a Sr. Nuclear Safety & Licensing Engineer, Technical Consultant, and Project Mgr. Greg has added nearly 20 years of experience in HealthCare as a Registered Nurse in PA & NJ, and as the former Manager of Nursing Quality Mgmt. & Innovation for Wellspan Health at York Hospital. Greg has been certified by HQCC as a Certified Professional of HealthCare Quality (CPHQ) and is both an ASQ Sr. Member for more than 10 years and has held both current and past officer-ships in the ASQ Section 503 and membership since 2002. He is also a member of the National Association of HealthCare Quality (NAHQ) specialists, and long-term member of the PA Organization of Nurse Leaders (PONL) and its affiliate the South-central Organization of Nurse Leaders (SCONL).

Yehuda Shoenfeld is the founder and head of the Zabludowicz Center for Autoimmune Diseases, at the Sheba Medical Center, which is affiliated to the Sackler Faculty of Medicine in Tel-Aviv University in Israel. Professor Shoenfeld’s clinical and scientific works focus on autoimmune and rheumatic diseases, and he has published more than 1750 papers in journals such as New Eng J Med, Nature, The Lancet, Proc Nat Acad Scie, J Clin Invest, J Immunol, Blood, FASEB, J Exp Med, Circulation, Cancer and others. Professor Shoenfeld is on the editorial boards of 43 journals in the fields of rheumatology and autoimmunity and is the founder and the editor of the IMAJ (Israel Medical Association Journal), the representative journal of science and medicine in the English language in Israel, and also is the founder and Editor of Autoimmunity Reviews (Elsevier) (Impact factor 7.9) and co-Editor of the Journal of Autoimmunity (Impact factor 8). For the past twenty years Yehuda has been the Editor of “Harefuah” – The Israel Journal in Medicine (Hebrew).

Prof. Nevzat Tarhan became a Psychiatrist in GATA in 1982. He became a professor of psychiatry in 1996. In 1998, he became the representative of Turkey in Memory Center of America. As Tarhan closely observes the social life due to being a psychiatrist, he makes an accurate analysis of the social life and touches on the importance of "Community Psychology" in every media platform. Prof. Nevzat Tarhan has always targeted investment in people and used his material-spiritual resources towards this direction. He expresses through his actions that he will continue the same objectives until the end of his life, under his approach of the faith. Currently, he is the Founder and Rector of the Üsküdar University and carries out the NPİSTANBUL Brain Hospital Chairman of the Board of Directors, which is Turkey's first neuropsychiatry hospital. He has more than 100 publications, of which 31 are internation-al. He speaks English and German.

Oguz Ozyaral was born on 22 July 1956 in Istanbul. He completed his education in Istanbul University Faculty of Pharmacy in 1979. He completed his Business Administration Specialization in 1988 at the Institute of Business Economics of Istanbul University. He completed his Master's Degree in Microbiology at Marmara University Institute of Health Sciences in 1989 and was honored with high success by the Dutch Royal Academies GIS Institute. In the same year, he completed his PhD studies in Istanbul University, Institute of Health Sciences, Department of Microbiology and received the title of Mik Doctor of Pharmaceutical Microbiology ”. In April 2012, he was promoted to Associate Professor in the field of Mik General Microbiology, and as a Professor in Health Sciences Health Management in 2017. He has 278 scientific studies and articles published in national and international platforms, 16 chapters in books and 1 printed book in English and 3 in Turkish. Her research interests include microbiology, environmental health, occupational health and safety, occupational hygiene and public health. He served as program moderator and presenter for various National Radio and TV channels. He has held administrative positions such as the Dean of Students, Director of Vocational Schools, Heads of Pharmaceutical Microbiology Department and Faculty of Pharmacy and Public Health Department and University Senator. He is currently the Vice Rector of Istanbul Rumeli University and Director of the School of Health Sciences.
